I have a voice mail into Knife River to obtain a copy of the Level 3 Asphalt Mix Design. In the mean time I have found a recent copy of the City of Portland Analysis showing the Level 3 Mix Design from Knife River for your review.

We will be paving the work on Monday July 13, 2020.
