Hi Sam,

They are needing to cut into Ona Way which is under a moratorium. I told him to take out a permit with you and then they will have to cut and connect, tee cut and pave 2”, grind 1 foot wider and pave 2” and then repeat until they reach the surface. I think the County put a 6” section in but I can’t remember.
