I have done a quick review on the two sites that were sent to me yesterday. It appears that there is no trenching work at the Mill Plain site. It appears that the Teton site is a new site with trenching. It appears that the OSP work is shown on the Electrical Prints E101 and E102 on the Teton site but the Mill Plain site does not have any electrical prints showing OSP work.
Am I even close to understanding the work that needs to be bid????
My plan would be to look at any work that would involve us on our own.
