Hi Aisha,

Please remove Nicolas from the contacts and make me the primary contact for ROW permits.

Attached is your approved permit. Please note the inspection requirements as well as the backfill and t-cut requirements. Also attached to this permit will be the requirement for your crews to repair private properties and right of way planter areas to in-kind or better condition. Your crews or subcontractors have been backfilling with sand after removing landscaping that property owners installed and maintain at their expense. This is not consistent with our standards and needs to be corrected before future permits will be issued. This pertains to the following permit numbers issued this year:

PW 52-2016 Shirley and N. Cole (May only be pavement work)

PW 50-2016 180 Fenton Street

PW 48-2016 317 E Park & Shirley

PW 37-2016 222 E 3rd Avenue

PW 15-2016 101-103 N Molalla (Deleted – curb repaired)

PW 05-2016 Molalla Ave project (3rd St in southeast corner lot along planter areas)

PW 03-2016 100 Stowers
