I have attached our new insurance schedule renewal for FY 2020-21. Please review our inventory and note what belongs to your department and anything that should be removed with a note as to when and why the change.

Also please let me know if there is anything missing from your property, auto, or equipment.

Please return these to me by July 15th so I can get the updated info to our insurance agent.
