As predicted, Gerald had a few things which I didn’t think of! I’ve written into the document:

1. You can’t take possession of the truck until June 28th (the Council needs to officially surplus it at their meeting the night before).

3. On June 28th the City Crews will deliver the truck to the Buckaroo grounds. They will then strip the Public Plates off, and you can use it for your event. You just can’t take it offsite onto the road without plates!

4. The City (Kelly and I) will work on getting a replacement Title. Once we have that we’ll get it signed over to you, take your money, and we are done.

Dan mentioned that you'd brought a water truck to his attention that might be going up for auction. Our committee might be interested in participating in that auction. Is it possible to check out the vehicle before the auction so that I know what to present to our board for approval?
