That sounds sketchy but not surprised. I remember the electrical work in City Hall before the rehab.

Gents, for your information, the reason we are looking at the HVAC is because it actually did have a problem. It has shared duct work with the water heater, and the HVAC was off-gassing CO2 above healthy levels. We are getting a quote from Jet with some options for you to consider. I don’t expect it to be too much money.

Thank you, Andy,

I knew the water heater was going to be replaced but didn't know anyone looked at the HVAC. Thank you for doing that. I'm sure it can use some repair. We've had things done over the past few years but basically nursed it along to keep it going. It was always a challenge. I'm sure it has to work extra hard to heat the building since the duct work is missing.

Good news is that right now it looks like we won't have freezing weather again until Friday.

I'll put the Duty Phone number in my contact list.

Good Morning Leota!

The furnace was turned off by our HVAC tech on Friday because there is something wrong with it. We have it scheduled for repair this week, waiting for a quote from JET Industries: we have a starter PO# 3365 to repair.

After hours can always be the Duty Phone, 503-793-9043. You are welcome to call me also though I may not be available at times on the weekends. We’ll check the building out this morning, I’m sure everything is fine.

Respectfully,

Andy

Good Morning, You've probably heard by now but we had to turn the gas back on at the Warming Center Saturday night. I figure it was turned off in preparation for replacing the hot water heater but we really needed the heat.

I sent Gerald a text message immediately. I wonder if since we're leasing the building I might should have your phone number in case of such emergencies.

Thank you,
