Importance: Normal

We should be maintaining the grounds at this point. I will get ahold of Leota and find out what is up.

Subject: Pal Building

Gents, sorry for all the emails this morning but here is something you should know about:

I got a call last week from Molalla Communications that the security cameras on the PAL building lost power. We went to check it out and found the attached images.

  1. 1. I don’t know who is doing this work
  2. 2. The breakers are not “locked out tagged out”. This is a very dangerous worksite.
  3. 3. There are no open electrical permits from Clackamas County that I can find for this work. It’s possible they are using a minor label?
  4. 4. The grounds are not maintained. Should I begin maintaining them?
  5. 5. The back fence is broken and a lock has been placed on it that does not belong to Public Works.

This is all for your information. Should I be looking more deeply into these matters?
