Hi Dan,
Just wanted to keep you in the loop. In all of the info we received from the City we were never informed or received records that there was a sump pump under the building here. Due to our bathroom remodel here our Contractor was under the building and alerted us to a problem so we've sought solutions and attached is the estimate for the repairs. If we have your blessing, we'll move forward on getting this addressed.
Ironically he also alerted us to an HVAC issue as well so I'll be in touch about that soon enough as well.
