Importance: Normal

Oh dear. We finalized the arrangements for the Warming Center to use the building last Thursday afternoon so in all the confusion Dan probably didn't get with you. I can fully understand that.

We will be using the building tonight since it's going to be 29 degrees. If the back room could be cleared today, that would be most helpful. If it doesn't happen, we'll deal with it. Then the front room maybe sometime this week?

The WC is paying the City $1,000 for use of the building. This will offset any expense incurred for a storage room for property since there is nowhere onsite to store things.

Will have a check ready for you. Yum.

I haven’t heard anything about the PAL building but the end of last week was a zoo with the tree lighting and public meetings. When does this need to happen as this is the first I’ve heard of it and the crews are out playing catch up from last week.

Hi Gerald,

First... bring a check to work. Your scones will be delivered either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Now, re the PAL Building. I'm sure Dan left word about moving the City property out of the building. Everything in the front room goes except chairs. There is a big wooden table in there and we could use it as a dining table if you leave it. Then there's a receptionist sort of desk and partitions in the main room at the back. Please do not remove any of the white folding tables. I moved most of them out of the way.
