Gerald FYI, Darlene and Maeghan have us setting up the tents and taking them down for court each time. This has to do with not being able to let too many people in to court at a time, so some have to stand outside and wait. I want to make sure this level of effort is okay with you, supporting Court with Utility folks. If you have concerns we can discuss with Darlene. Andy

NEW WO#10936 [Utility_Crew]: requested by dbishop. Promise Date: 7/7/2020 12:00:00 AM

Please set up a 10X20 canopy and a 10X10 canopy in the parking spots beside City Hall for Court. Please have them up by 4:00 today and then take them down first thing Wednesday morning. You can get the canopies from Ronda in the PD. They are stored in the room next to the side entrance to the Police Department. See Darlene or Maeghan if you have questions. Thank you
