All PW Maintenance staff, Andy, and I have a key to the gates on the north side of the building. He will just need to coordinate in advance (not including emergency) for access through the gates for maintenance. The gates must be locked by City staff so we can not leave the gates open over night and will open them during our business hours here at City Hall. Thanks.

I'm the owner of the property right next door to you that is for lease. I was told by the previous owners that you guys had a key to the metal gates on the side should I ever need to access the outside of the building on your side. I just wanted to verify this. I don't need any access at this time.
