I can come take a look at it.
As for the testing- we do the testing of our own equipment but we are not able to do repairs that would require the assembly to be taken out of service. We have used Oregon Backflow for those in the past.

Hi Jeff,
The backflow up in the evidence room is leaking and has water on the top access plate. Can you or one of the other backflow certified staff fix that and do the work order stuff when done? Rachel in PD can let you in and show you where it is at.
Also, are we doing backflow testing on our stuff or are we required to contract it out with Oregon Backflow? Thanks.
