Go ahead and purchase 4” preformed thermo striping, enough to do the stripes on the east side of the parking lot using street money. The Public Parking areas have not officially been broken out of the street fund so it is OK to use that striping fund to pay for materials. We have Striping by Clack Co PW $15K, Thermoplastic $7K, Street signs $13K, Curb Painting $500 in the budget. We can move money between the categories and Clack Co will not likely use all of the $15K.

Subject: City Hall Parking Lot
Gerald, do you think we have any interest in finishing City Hall Parking Lot stripes? I’m getting calls from the businesses on the other side of the lot. My thought is that street-money is too precious, and Admin money is unavailable, especially since we are doing HVAC upstairs. I can budget for FY19/20.
