Dan, Gerald asked me to get you the information on HVAC improvements upstairs requested by the PD. I have a PO cocked and can probably have this done in less than a month, it’s a “no big deal” project. Here is the info:
Project Name: City Hall Upstairs HVAC Improvements
Total Cost: $13,769
Scope of Work:
-There will be a single RUUD Mini Split 4.5 ton outdoor unit installed on ground, the North side of City Hall
-Permits, electrical and drain plumbing included
-Five Indoor wall mounted air handle units will be installed, locations were specified by the Police Chief:
2x in evidence room
1x in records room
1x in judges office
1x in Detective's office
Procurement:
This is an intermediate procurement (ORS 279B.070), 3 quotes. I reached out to 4 companies and met with three of them on site.
-Evergreen: elected to not bid
-Oregon Ductless: $13,769, including electrical
-Jet Industries: $19,500 excluding electrical.
-Pyramid: Elected to not bid
