The Adult Center would like all of the chairs.
The Pool would like both of the tables.
Whoop Whoop!!!!
Now. How would you like to go about delivery for these items? Put in a Work Order? They should be delivered either Friday afternoon or first thing Monday morning. Our new furniture will be here Monday.

Send an email out to the PD, Adult Center, Library, Pool District, and School District. Send pictures of table and chairs. Ask if anyone wants them and we can have the crews deliver them. All requests need to be in by September 12th and they need to take delivery on the morning of the 17th. Our stuff goes out and new stuff comes in.
If no one claims them then Andy can dispose of what the crew or treatment plant staff don’t want.
Andy – The WTP may want one of the big tables. If so then they need to claim it before Christie sends notice out later today. Thanks.

Our OCE delivery of tables and chairs for the Conference Room will be here the week of Sept. 17th.
I would like to suggest that we find a home for the items that are in there now the week before. PAL Building? Other? It would be good for us to have a conversation about this in the next few weeks.
Maybe Diana would like to have the large tables for the library? Saying this only to you…
