Good afternoon gentlemen,

There are two new cigarette receptacles that need to be installed in front of City Hall.

The hopes is that people will stop using the flower beds to put their cigarette butts out. Fingers crossed!!

When you have a chance, could one of you please stop in and take a look at them? I know they each need some sand to hold them in place. They are made of heavy duty plastic.
