No hook-up fees on the monopoly properties.
No SDC fees on existing structures. Only get charged if the hook up to water and sewer. All are grandfathered in because they existed when the master plans were done. If it gets torn down as part of a development then we give them credit towards the other charges. If it is not a bare property then I have to do some calculating to make sure they are charged the correct amount.

Subject: A few more questions before you go.............
Gerald,
On the monopoly properties: 723 and 631 St. James Place – for the fees – do we only charge them the $600 fee for sewer connection? (I thought you said we don’t since it’s a party line)
On the Sawyers truck stop – there is a residential house on the property – so should we charge that house park SDC’s? I think they are currently using it as residential.
Thanks,
