Importance: Normal
Dan these are the instructions I gave the crew, and everyone checked in agreeing. We will see you Monday AM. We also have an offer from the crew to water the roads down today if it's affecting emergency vehicle filters or something. The crew is chomping at the bit, I've sort of been having to hold them back, knowing the situation could get worse and we would need rested people at that time. They want you to know they're willing to do whatever is needed, as always.
"Okay, updated instructions: we would like to do some cleanup in town Monday Morning as I will explain. The purpose will be removing some of the ash from the streets to keep emergency vehicles and their filters cleaner. I will be in Monday morning, and and each day next week we would like to have two CDL crew members on site for this effort. I propose the following schedule to get us started, let me know if we need to make any adjustments...
Monday: Adam/Cody
Tuesday: Rich/Jamie
Wednesday: Shawn/Wyatt
Thursday: TBD
We will begin with the water truck at City Hall. We will rake the larger debris aside and hose down the whole area including sidewalks. We will then do Molalla avenue from start to finish. This is a primary route for emergency vehicles right now. After that we will begin on The collector streets that the emergency vehicles are using. We will update specific instructions as we go along."
