Gov brown release rules for opening playgrounds a few days before the wildfires, we need to review and get an action plan together. I can probably do that by end-of-day, for you to review? I'll have to find where those guidelines were... If I remember correctly it has some requirements, like "must clean public restrooms twice per day" etc.
