FEMA COVID-19 Pandemic Vaccination Planning Frequently Asked Questions: The purpose of the attached memorandum is to issue the FEMA COVID-19 Pandemic: Vaccination Planning FAQ. On March 13, 2020, the President of the United States declared a nationwide emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic. FEMA is releasing the FAQ to provide information on eligible work and costs of delivering and administering COVID-19 vaccination under the FEMA Public Assistance grant program as well as the resources the federal government will provide to support state, local, territorial, and tribal governments in order to effectively deliver and administer vaccinations. If you have questions, please contact your PA lead or FEMA-R10-PA-Policy-COVID19@fema.dhs.gov.
