This year, the Consortium is trying a new approach with its emergency preparedness public outreach by adding an email campaign to the concurrent TriMet bus ads and television campaigns. The “Four for Four Preparedness Tips” is a series of four emails that will be sent to recipients over a period of four weeks. Each email contains four tips around a central preparedness theme.
We will begin posting about the Four for Four and opening the email sign-up on August 28, and it will be live through the end of September.
The Consortium will advertise the email campaign in its newsletter, on regionalh2o.org, and in pinned Facebook and Twitter posts. Please help us expand our reach by publicizing this campaign to your customers via your entity’s social media and your internal and external communications to help us generate interest in this series. Attached is an image that can be used on social media or with the following blurb for other communications.
