Attached is an overview of a more active weather pattern this week.
Strong Pacific front will push into the region on Wednesday, bringing rain and breezy conditions to most of the region. Heaviest rains and strongest winds will be along the coast and into the nearby coastal mountains. But, gusty winds are also expected over the higher terrain in the Cascades.
