Good afternoon,

Happy first day of July! Here’s today’s update. Please keep letting us know how we can assist you, and if there are any particular topics or questions you’d like to be addressed.

Eligibility of contracting fees: we are seeing some requests come in that include various fees included in contracts, particularly in support of NCS. As always, eligibility of fees depends on what they are for and whether it’s reasonable. Contract fees are not eligible in and of themselves, and must be in direct support of eligible EPM. An example might be a monthly flat fee for a hotel or food service; some or all of this might be eligible depending on what this cost supports and whether it’s reasonable, but a fee just to guarantee the minimum cost would be ineligible. Please let your PA lead know if you have any questions about this (or anything else!)
