Subject: Reopening City Hall

All – I am thinking that are goal to open City Hall will coincide with Clackamas County entering Phase 1. Pursuant to need protocols. Library is on a little different timeline.

We have ordered social distancing signs, we have sanitizer, and we are waiting on one more screen for the Planning Counter. Once we have all those items we should be ready to go.

One item that has come up is the need or not for the use of masks. What we are doing to limit entrants to City Hall, “wait here” signs, Screens, etc., will keep the public back and make masks unnecessary based on CDC standards. If employees want to wear masks then by all means they can. Please talk with your employees.
