Is this something that should be coordinated with Leota and the Warming Shelter folks. Perhaps they could set it up at one of the churches. I will check on water disposal and how that is accomplished.

City EMs,

Amy Jo Cook is currently working on human service issues in the county EOC. She has a mobile shower resource available and would like to setup a schedule to move it around the county to provide showers to people experiencing homelessness.

All the city will need to provide is a working water spout and the water, as well as a permit or waiver of permit. Ideal locations would be places near where homeless populations frequent. Amy Jo has some ideas if you cannot think of locations.

Please email EOCOperations@clackamas.us if you are able to host the shower, and provide a list of locations you think would be appropriate. If you would like to discuss with Amy Jo please call her at 503-650-3325.

Thank you,

Jamie Poole
