Hello,

The Counties of Clackamas, Clark, Columbia, and Multnomah have initiated an Emergency Fuel Planning project. It is managed by Nancy Bush, Molly Bradley, and Laura Hanson, copied on this email. Part of this project includes a survey about your fuel storage and fuel usage: it is very important that you participate so that we understand your needs and can plan for them appropriately. To participate, we simply need you to join a 30-minute webinar and then take an online survey to ensure that your jurisdiction is represented in this project.

We understand that everyone is very busy with the COVID-19 response. We will make this process as easy for you as possible, so that we still continue to make progress toward helping the region prepare for a fuel emergency. We really appreciate your time and efforts, and we thank you very much in advance.

Please reply to this email with your preferred webinar time. We will send you an invitation to the webinar, during which we will explain the project and get you access to the survey. Also, tell us if none of these times work and we’ll schedule an alternate. Thank you very much; we truly appreciate your time to make this project as valuable to the region as possible.
