The City of West Linn EOC will be activated/operational tomorrow based out of City Hall functioning in a limited capacity. City Council/management is currently drafting an emergency declaration which will be approved soon. All city facilities are closed to the public with access only available by internet/email/phone. Most city employees that can work remotely are telecommuting from home. All city services are operational including police, sanitation, transportation, utilities, and communications. Public Works operations and Police patrol are following best practices (social distancing, etc.) and normal work hours/schedules. Permit submittal is digital while permit inspections are following standard practice. Library is closed to public but maintaining digital services. All indoor recreation facilities are closed and recreational group activities cancelled following state guidelines.
