Hi All,

Estacada has not declared an emergency, nor activated the EOC. City Manager Carey is providing updates to the City Council on any emerging situations.

City Hall is closed to the public with most staff working remotely and coming in to the office only as needed and preferably at alternating times.

Public Works and Plants are still operating on regular schedules.

The Estacada Public Library is closed to the public. Full-time staff are working but part-time staff are on leave. (4 full-time)

All committee meetings are cancelled.

The City Council will meet Monday evening, however only the Mayor will be at City Hall and all other councilors will call in. It will be an abbreviated meeting only to take care of urgent business.

Thanks,

Melanie

Note: City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. However, all office staff are working remotely.

The best method for reaching me is email. You may also leave a voicemail on my office phone, which I am checking twice daily.
