Subject: RE: Information request from Clackamas County EOC

Importance: Normal

The City of Gladstone has not activated an EOC. City Leadership (Emergency Management Team) is meeting regularly on COVID-19 impacts.

Overall City operational status is emergency and essential services only. Current City staffing:

· Non-essential and at risk employees on modified work plan.

· Police: No operational/response staffing changes.

· Fire: Initial response staffing limited to one Engine crew. Paid/on-call firefighter recall for major incident only.

· Public Works: Currently sustained staffing for essential and emergency services.

· City Hall: No public access, currently providing support services to essential functions.

If the County request actual or virtual activation of our EOC for a line of official communication, logistical support or other reason, please advise.

Note: The City of Gladstone has not made an emergency declaration (due in part from input from County Emergency Management). If there is new information or additional guidance on a declaration, please let us know.
