Darlene is working on trying to get more gloves through our vendors. Attached is the forms that you will need to fill out with Andy to request them from the EOC should we be unable to get them through our normal supply chain. Use this stuff sparingly because most of it is going to medical, fire and police and the national supply chain has not been able to keep up.

For all resource requests, please carefully review the attached EOC Resource Request Instructions.
For urgent requests for N95 masks, face shields, procedure masks, gowns, and gloves, complete the Clackamas County EOC Inventory Resource Request Form.
For all other requests, complete the ICS 213RR Resource Request Form.
