The work on Stowers Rd includes reconstruction of the street to include curbs and sidewalks, Grange Avenue and Heintz St will receive 2” overlay, removal and replacement of intermittent curbs and sidewalks. We have noted some utility conflicts to enable the successful contractor to coordinate relocations/ adjustments with the appropriate agency. The project will be advertized on Friday October 31 and bids solicited on Wednesday November 19 and the construction starting in January 2015.
