Hi Hassan,

Here are the following times we have available to meet for a Pre-construction meeting, please let me know what works best for your and the contractors schedule:

1/8/15 – Thursday – 2 PM

1/9/15 – Friday – 10 PM

1/13/15 – Tuesday – 10 PM

Regarding the contracts, Dan has signed the 3 copies. The bond and power of attorney dates were not added at this time in case they need to be witnessed by the notary. When completed the City would like 1 additional copy for working use.
