Hey Jenn,

I was out on site today to have the weekly construction meeting with Westech for W Heintz Street. While out there had a discussion with Fred Hozen and Nick Giltner about the fence on the south side of the road on their properties. Nick Giltner mentioned that you have had discussion with Bill Avison about moving the fence back up to the top of the slope (with a 1’ buffer). Fred had brought up concern about accessibility to the slope for maintenance purposes if the fence was place directly behind the sidewalk as shown in the plans. So if it is being considered to shift Mr. Avison’s fence back to the top of the slope, Mr. Hozen’s should be as well for consistency and constructability. I let Mr. Hozen know that I would bring this up with you and Ken.

Thanks,
