Hi Jennifer,
I just got a call from Bob and the arborist told us to cut the branch clean (straight) and put a coat of sealant on it and it would be ok.
We cut it put the sealant on it and Bob told the home owner what we did, and sounds like the husband is fine with it. Now let’s see what the wife says.

I talked to Bob this morning and he had an arborist look at the tree, and he will get back to us, Bob talked to the husband this morning. Just to let you know we have been in contract with the husband and the wife, Bob and Walter both have made contact with them. Not sure why she says she doesn’t know who the contractor is?
