Importance: Normal
Hi Jennifer,
Mike will close the road, he will have a moving closure when the work in an area is complete, (the church & bank will need special attention to keep traffic moving thru until we can get away from their access). Mike will cone off an area on the opposite side of the road for pedestrians to pass thru the work zone.

Subject: Traffic Control - Grange
Hi Curtis,
Will you please provide a copy of your traffic control plan that you plan to use on Grange to do the current work. We cannot close half the road and allow traffic to drive though the other direction at will. This is considered a single lane closure and needs to have proper traffic control set up in all directions warning drivers and pedestrians of the work.
Also keep in mind pedestrians are still using the street while the construction is going on. Pedestrians need to be escorted through the work zone or stopped at the flagger station until it is safe for them to pass.
Thank you,
Jennifer Cline, P.E.
