Jenn,

This can be a lump sum cost if it seems reasonable but if you want it to be detailed then he can do that.

How does that equate to $800? I did not receive the wages that were sent to BOLI to calculate a rough estimate. I would like to see an estimate breakdown with time, equipment wages, and rental rates for the equipment. This is typically what I have seen provided when you have an underground utility conflict.

Also, can you please have Curtis forward the wage rates that were sent to BOLI.

Thanks,

Jennifer Cline, P.E.

Hi Jenn,

Does this change order cost appear to be reasonable, can you check it out or shall I come out to do it?

Thanks,

Hi Hassan,

The pipe crew came up to a conduit crossing that was buried in concrete, they had to stop and chip out the concrete from around the conduit before they could install the waterline.

The crew knew the conduit was there they were surprised of the concrete that incased it.
