Hi Curtis, The City was closed that day and no specifics were given. I do recall a conversation with Bob, but no specifics where given regarding time to remove the concrete. The conversation we did have was focused on the waterline that was leaking in the N. Molalla/Heinz trench that we needed to repair on Tuesday. I will need a break down of labor hours, labor rates and equipment rental rates.

Hi Hassan,
The pipe crew came up to a conduit crossing that was buried in concrete, they had to stop and chip out the concrete from around the conduit before they could install the waterline.
The crew knew the conduit was there they were surprised of the concrete that incased it.
