Attachments: Eagle_Elsner006.pdf; Eagle_Elsner008.pdf; Hi Hassan, Looking at their attached schedule, I’m going to request to hold off on adjusting utilities and all final paving for all streets until at least April-May for temperature and weather restrictions. All final lifts or overlays can be done at one time in good weather. I would also recommend limiting full roadway reconstruction on Stowers until after April. That area of town has a high water table with drainage issues. The contractor most likely will have a hard time reaching compaction on the sub-grade without digging out soft spots. Pavement Repair and temporary utility patches can be done prior. Jennifer Cline, P.E.
