Hi Hassan,
In the plans on page C6 Note 26, Adjust manhole to new grade, I think the intent was to take off some riser rings to lower the manhole to match the curb grade.
Mike called in this morning and said to get the manhole down into the curb grade, he will have to remove the modified cone that’s on it and replace it with a flat top.
Let me know what you think this is more like a reconstruct then an adjust.
