The additional 11 lf of 10” DI storm pipe replacement on Stowers, There is also 23 lf of curb removal and replacement at one of the residents driveway on Stowers? You have already authorized raising the manholes $1,174.00 You have also authorized replacing the stove pipe between the catchbasin $1,608.00 The asphalt grinding cost needs to be resolved as well. Apparently it wasn’t noticed leaking until the grinder milled the asphalt out. Since it was on the opposite of the road, Eagle-Elsner feels we are not responsible for it.
