Hi Jen,

Do you want to measure the concrete work on Stowers to include curb and gutter, sidewalks, concrete driveways and asphalt driveways or shall I plan on coming out to doing it?

Hi Curtis,

I spoke to Walter in the field today. The city will agree to pay for adjustments to manholes that needed to be physically adjusted to the grade of the roadway on Stowers and Heintz. Please include this work in a change order.

Hi Curtis,

I was not aware of this issue. I was only told that utilities were going to be adjusted. Can you identify how many had this issue?

Hi Jennifer,

Yes, that is correct except Eagle-Elsner talked to the city and we couldn’t add just a riser ring, the existing casting was not sloped to match the road.

Eagle-Elsner had to remove the casting and adjust it to match the road.

Hi Hassan,

I’m sending you the cost to adjust the existing manholes to grade, I charged you straight time, I noticed they did it on Saturday? That’s time and half to Eagle-Elsner.
