I was not aware of this issue. I was only told that utilities were going to be adjusted. Can you identify how many had this issue?

Hi Jennifer,
Yes, that is correct except Eagle-Elsner talked to the city and we couldn’t add just a riser ring, the existing casting was not sloped to match the road.
Eagle-Elsner had to remove the casting and adjust it to match the road.

Payment includes adjusting existing valve boxes, adding manhole riser rings and all other structures to finish grade.

I’m sending you the cost to adjust the existing manholes to grade, I charged you straight time, I noticed they did it on Saturday? That’s time and half to Eagle-Elsner.
