Hi Jenn,
After I sent the connection detail, it crossed my mind if the existing 8” PVC can remain in place by connecting it directly to the new valve at Heintz St and do a hot tap or cut a tee to the new hydrant. Any thoughts?

Hi Curtis,
Here is the connection detail at Heintz St and Center St.
We need a price from you to install the City supplied and delivered hydrant to site.
Thanks,
