Hi Curtis,
1. The City prefers to use PVC pipe instead of ADS for storm. I hope it isn’t a problem for you.
2. The City prefers the use of Ford on the water services brass as opposed to Mueller.
3. Use Mueller B-24258N Ball Angle Meter Valve, B-25028N Corporation Valve.
4. Use Resilient wedge gate valve versus the butterfly, since they are set directly over the line (ALL VALVES).
The spec’s says Ford or Mueller, the city prefers to use Ford products.
The only cost change I would see is for Resilient gate valves vs Butterfly valves.

I have reviewed the storm and water submittal , I don’t see a submittal for the “crossed linked polyethylene” (PEX) water service tubing and I don’t see where the butterfly valve submittal will be used.
I don’t have any concerns with the remaining material submittal.
