Attachments: image001.jpg; Hi Jenn, The project Standard General Conditions, article 13.03E.1 states “the quantity of any item of unit price work performed by contractor differs materially and significantly from the estimated quantity of any such item indicated in the agreement”, let’s wait and see what the subgrade stabilization quantity turns out to be and then we can follow up on it. -------------------- Hassan Ibrahim, P.E. I will talk to Dick today to make a decision on what pipe will work best. And let you know about a change order. Also, I would like to upsize the Storm line 2” to be able to cover the change order with SDC funding if possible. I will let you negotiate the over ex unit cost with Dick. Jennifer Cline, P.E. The City crew can easily replace with that being so shallow. -------------------- Hassan Ibrahim, P.E. You can see in the photo we have a storm line with 0.3' to go to grade for the rock. Bob is not comfortable with compacting over this w/out proper cover and I agree. Any thoughts?
