Typically, all of the suppliers run a proctor on their material, that is surprising. In the past we had the proctor provided by the supplier.

We do not do any in house proctor testing. That is normally set up by the contractor with an outside testing agency. The only paperwork we can provide for the Molalla quarry is the ODOT certification that was submitted for the project.
