My only question is that we went from 50 cy to 811.4 cy. This exceeds the original bid cost significantly. Does the city have the right to request a credit due the 94% increase in quantity.

We have had several dig-outs on this project for subgrade stabilization as you are aware. I would like to verify Barbs notes/spreadsheet to confirm measurement areas for payment. I’m assuming the measurements were also done for the few dig-outs on Grange and Heintz as well by Walter?
