Hi Hassan,

The Notice of Intent should be updated to Award the project at the council meeting on Dec. 17^th. The council meeting was changed last week to the 17^th to accommodate a Town Hall meeting on the 10^th. No regular business will be conducted at the Town Hall meeting on the 10th.
