I called Molalla Ready Mix and it is $ 405 a load for 3 CY minimum, that is why it cost so much they charge you 3 cy if you only order 1cy.
$405.00 / 3 = $135.00 + 17%= $23 Bond & Insurance $3.00 for a total of $161.00.
